Absolute great experience their team is working hard to ensure the whole forwarding process runs on time I already have over 15 orders with mailboxde com and each one of them went through without delays

I didn t know that these service exist in Europe I thought only in Asia The customer service replies very quick and accurate The shipping rates to The Netherlands are very acceptable Their handling fee is very inexpensive I almost didn t believe it I ordered things from the DM best drug store in Europe which can be only send within Germany So it has been sent to Mailboxde When they received the parcel they immediately confirmed this in my account I paid for the shipment to The Netherlands and I received a confirmation of the courier very shortly In the beginning I was hesitant but the service is outstanding

I had a problem where the seller didn t include my name and ID number so my package wasn t going to be processed but after e-mailing mailbox about my package they Ondrej Krabs himself made sure I get it and sure enough next day it was on the way Can t recommend them enough

Ordered a phone from google store in germany as they don t ship to denmark The phone was stolen in shipping Mailboxde has been an invaluable help in filling the insurance claim at DHL Most times you will not have problems but it s when you have them you see how professional mailboxde is

Even though I made a mistake when defining the recipient address and haven t followed the guidelines on mailbox FAQ they were able to recieve the package notify me within minutes and forward it to me all in the timespan of one hour Amazing service

Hi I have an awesome experience and I really appreciate I was able to use this service I have even made a call to the call center before using the service really nice and helpfull I was ordering to Slovakia my package was split by the eshop first order- instant fast processing delivery really fast and currently the other part of my order is on the way too can t wait Thank you guys a lot I appreciate this service

I signed up for Mailboxde quite a while ago but only used it for the first time recently I was notified within an hour of the parcels being received and they were forwarded later the same day There is a good range of shipping options and the prices are reasonable
