One time a month they block your sending service

Worst newsletter service ever used Suddenly they block your mailings for no reason and it takes days to unblock it in the meantime they continue to take the money The last time I used the plugin it even crashed my site and I couldn t reactivate it I lost my list of 15 000 subscribers made over the years by my site I asked for the subscriber list to be returned to me they never replied Bad to be avoided

To try this e-mail sending service I created a Starter account forever free up to 1000 subscribers I created a Post notification e-mail and scheduled it to be sent out the next day but they were not sent out In the System Status page I see the status Sending I don t know what it means exactly but e-mails have not been sent for 2 days If forever free is intended to test check the operation of their system in theory it should work perfectly then what will it be like for the paid plans

This was terrible

This was terrible Deletes subscribers Updates destroyed the mailpoet database and crashed my entire website - after I told it not to update When you cancel your subscription the links in past emails become invalid Support is pathetic - and I was paying for it If you don t want a lot of trouble don t use this software

Website not working

I wanted to upgrade but I could not use their website I experienced this multiple times Their service and support is ridiculous I cannot send emails until I upgrade I am losing potential customers because their website is not working properly I can t even open their Pricing page This should be the no 1 thing

What a huge waste of time

Spent weeks setting up the free version before figuring out why it didn t send abandoned cart emails It only send emails to people ALREADY in your subscribed list which is useless Also their pricing is insane when compared to others Don t waste your time on them go with the usual mainstream competitors which don t have all these issues and you ll be glad you haven t wasted weeks of your life

Horrible customer service I have purchased Business Plan paid over 300 and can t use the service No replies to my emails in the last 72 hours No contact number to call Garbage

Don t bother - it s VERY VERY complicated

We can t just create a account but gets a copy paste link and from there on It s so complicated that I don t get to create a account This can t be real human -having created this and with so many bad reviews
