Taxi never showed up
Ordered a cab this morning to go to the station 10 minutes after the arranged time no one had come and I had to get a lift from a neighbour When I rang up this evening to see what had happened the guy hung up on me Needless to say not impressed

Shocking Rudeness
The man who took my call this morning was extremely rude and put the phone down on me I needed to enquire whether the driver would be able to assist me with some heavy items in return for a generous tip I am planning to go out this afternoon to purchase some bags of cat litter which I am unable to carry due to a disability I did not get so far as to ask the question The man asked me in an angry irritable tone if I wanted a taxi I was enquiring in advance and replied not right away at which point he put the phone down I have had a number of similar experiences with this company Do they not realise that this approach to dealing with people is very very harmful to their business

Have an inability to arrive on time and the office have an aversion to telling the truth Currently waiting for a pre booked taxi that is 20 minutes late which is in itself annoying but when calling the office James is content to lie about the cars whereabouts and then contradict himself if you call back I would suggest using a more reputable and honest firm Message for James - sometimes you make mistakes just be honest and people will accept that - don t repeatedly lie as you ll loose customers and make yourself look a t t

Would avoid in future
Was walking my dog alongside one of Mainline s flatbeds when a strap with metal loop on the end was flung full-pelt narrowly missing us clanging onto the pavement Shortly followed by another When the Mainline employee was questioned he apologised but this was short-lived when acceptance of his apology didn t follow immediately he questioned my attitude When securing equipment safer processes must be followed This would also put into question the recruitment practices and training of their drivers Would avoid in future
