Appalling service and terrible quality of products I purchased a watch that I had to chase them for as it went way beyond the 10 days quoted for delivery The watch arrived with a massive crack right across the centre of the face They have not responded to any e-mails They do not answer the phone which is an 0845 number so incurs cost when phoning via mobile I am having to raise a case with Paypal Order MSB 5931

I ORDERED A TIMEPIECE FROM MAINSPRING BOUTIQUE FOR A GIFT HOWEVER SHORTLY AFTER DOING SO IDISCOVERED THAT THE INTENDED RECIPIENT DID NOT WHERE A WATCH DUETO ILLNESS I COULD NOT LEAVE MY HOME TO RETURN SAID WATCH I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND ADVISED THEAGENT SARAH OF MY SITUATION AND ENQUIRED IF SHE COULD ARRANGE A HOME PICK -UP DEDUCTING THE COST FROM MY REFUND SARAH ARRANGED THISULTRA QUICKLY ON THE DAY OF COLLECTION I ADVISED SARAH THAT HAVING LOOKED AT PICTURES OF THE WATCH ON THE COMPANY S WEBSITE I HAD NEVER OPENED THE PACKAGE THAT IF IT WAS EASIER FOR THE COMPANY I COULD KEEP THE WATCH AS IT HAD GROWN ON ME ONCE AGAIN SARAH S RESPONSE WAS AMAZING PICK - UP CANCELLED VERY QUICKLY SARAH SHOWED NOTHING LESS THAN PUREPROFESSIONALISM A VERY RARE QUALITY IN TODAY S WORLD IF OTHER COMPANIES GAVE ACTUAL CUSTOMERSERVICE BY EMPLOYING PEOPLE LIKESARAH THE WORLD WOULD BE A MUCHHAPPIER PLACE I HOPE SHE GET S PROMOTED VERY SOON BECAUSE MAINSPRING BOUTIQUE SHOULD APPRECIATE HOW LUCKY THEY ARE AND JUST A WEE WORD ABOUT THIS ONLINE STORE THEY HOLD AN EVER CHANGING SELECTION OF WATCHES ATPRICES THAT CATER FOR ALL BUDGETS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM HAVE A LOOK - YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED
