The team in Portishead are brilliant They make you feel welcome support you with decisions and have suggested some great alternatives that have now become some of my favourite wines They have great knowledge but it s how they go about their job that is impressive My mum lives a 5 minute walk from one outlet in Bristol but drives 30mins to the Portishead store as the service is much better and she feels much more at ease
