The customer service team are brilliant and always get back to you quickly I have a monthly subscription and it s really easy to cancel or switch and I always know when a box is about to turn up on my door The boxes are beautifully presented and the instructions clear when they re not the online tutorials usually answer that for me The reward system for points is very generous and I can quickly build up points to get extra boxes or those special limited boxes
