UPDATE Makers cabinet reached out to me 9 months after my poor experience They owned their mistake and said they have revamped their customer service This is true They not only went out of their way so long after my incident to find me but they have been wonderful to speak with and very very fast in their response times They honored their sale price for me even 9 months later and are replacing my unit as well I gave them a second chance and they did fantastic Please disregard my old review as they seem to be a different company now I m leaving my old review up for contrast and to emphasize that they were able to turn around my experience so fully I recommend giving them a chance OLD REVIEW Ordered a few days before black friday sale my order was still in the mail and still did not arrive until a full week after I VERY politely asked for a refund of the difference in price and went on to explain how excited I was for the product they then said they were not able to do a partial refund for the difference I then asked them to explain why and they have since ghosted me I have sent 4 emails including submitting a new ticket for help and they have not responded in over a month I am appalled they would do this Just talk to me And just FYI the Iris does not feel anywhere near as nice as it looks in the videos it is VERY scratchy sounding as it turns almost grinding I wish they would have just talked to me and I wouldnt be here warning others But ill be damned If I spend 140 on a luxury uneccesarry niche product and get treated like trash

The service was excellent it was shipped after two days I ordered it because it was Saturday when i placed the order and arrived in Romania the next day but i had to wait for the customs two weeks Well packed and in one piece Thank you

I purchased my Iris and Hovel for fun as I m retired now and just an artist but how I wish I d had them when I was working I m really impressed with the quality and the beauty of them Delivery was fast and I live across the pond Customer service was great I had a question and there was a prompt answer I just LOVE my Hovel and Iris My next treat will be the Stria or maybe the pencil holder make sure you set aside a few bucks for pencils to sharpen you ll want a few dozen
