This was my first time ordering

This was my first time ordering All the items I ordered were better than expected The items were package nicely to say the least I am impressed The only issue I have is with the website being extremely slow to load I have tried it on my phone and computer It could be an issue on my end but it does make me hesitant to just click on everything I want to see because it really takes a long time to load That has nothing to do with the quality of the company I will definitely be buying from them again and most likely often just wish the shopping was quicker

Lost but replaced

I have been a customer with Makesy Wooden Wick Co for a few years now and this is the first time I ve had any issues I did not have issues with Makesy but with Fedex My package got lost and I never received it I reached out to customer service at Makesy and they replaced my order with no hassle As the owner of a small candle company a weight has been lifted knowing I will still receive my order

i love the crackling wicks

i love the crackling wicks however i do notice soot on some of my containers but it can be a number of things i have been ordering from you guys from a couple years now and will always be a customer
