Defective perfume

Unfortunately with my very first order on makeup cy I encountered a major issue The dispenser on my Chloe perfume was defective it leaks and sprays old residue Using such perfume is impossible At first the company refused to accept a return for the faulty product because it had been opened Then they offered me an 8 discount on my next order not a chance Only after I informed them that I would be reaching out to a consumer rights organization did they agree to a return but at my own expense Allegedly an examination will be conducted within 2-3 months and only after that might I get a refund for the perfume I don t believe it This is the first time I ve encountered defective perfume and such an unscrupulous company I ve basically thrown away 80
