Strongly advise not to order here After receiving a suitcase with a malfunction it took me ages to get a proper reply from them after which they never even solved my problem They also reply randomly in Spanish and German Most horrible customer service

This must be a scam website or a really terrible service I ordered a Samsonite backpack on 18 April received a confirmation that the order was taken Two weeks since - no news about the delivery The customer service finally responded and said there had been a delay with shipment and sent me a tracking number I just got the package but of course it is a wrong and much cheaper backpack in it Horrible and not trustworthy service Avoid

unbelievable ordered 2 samsonite suitcases on the website it states 24-48 hour delivery after placing order did not receive anything until know they claim 1 suitcase was delivered and the other one still on the way 2 weeks after purchase I asked to cancel the order they said one of the suitcases will be returned to them and processed for a refund did not hear anything about it yet and the other one that was claimed to be delivered is my problem I have to file a claim with MRW they said I never received a working tracking from them until now what is going on with this company after this was happening I decided to check reviews and I found a bunch of bad reviews about them Please people I warn you dont fall for it this is a joke they dont read emails or they just reply on half of the email leaving the rest unanswered important parts sometimes emails in spanish or English they have no idea what they are doing I told them if I dont get my money by the end of monday I will go to the police and take legal action which I will really do I paid 550 euros Edit After threatening with legal action they still did not reply my e-mails Once actually done the necessary steps they decided to reply by e-mail saying that they are not responsible if the carrier MRW loses the package what in the world is going on with them unbelievable

Don t buy Greenwich My mum used the small suitcase we bought her 2 times as hand luggage and it is completely broken it has less than a year Greenwich insist they cannot do anything in this case and it only took them 2 weeks to tell me this

This website scams people they never send the merchandise Moreover after conducting some research the suitcases appear to be counterfeit They are unreachable by email or phone and there are over 200 negative reviews online
