We dropped in to look at nursery furniture and prams We were served by Hannah at the Team Valley branch She was fantastic from start to finish Very knowledgeable about the products and would definitely recommend anyone with a little one on the way visits

We visited to Swindon Mannington branch for advice and guidance on prams and car seats We were guided by Kelly L who really went through in detail with us on each pram and travel bundle they offer allowed us to walk the prams around the shop and gain a good feeling for weight manoeuvering of prams and car seats and folding away She was really kind and didn t rush us or push us on any decision gave us her honest opinions as she also has children herself as well as nice general chit chat on life after baby arrives things that i was feeling anxious on Thank you Kelly L we hope to see her on our next visit

Just the best customer service in the Swindon branch Danyelle looked after us so well and nothing was too much trouble for her including all our newbie questions She gave us 2 hours of undivided attention and was just amazing no hard-sell real honesty about products and so lovely to deal with We ll definitely be going back for more stuff no question Thank you so much Danyelle and to your other colleagues

Isobel at the Nottingham store was extremely helpful She asked us at the very start what we were looking for and then walked us around the store informing us about different products She was knowledgeable and gave us the pros and cons of the variety they had available There was no pressure to buy and often she didn t even advise the more expensive product She d recommend their best selling items with the reasoning why We asked multiple questions regarding what we would need and she was able to give useful advice and information
