I ordered this whilst pregnant with my third I knew after my last experience that each pregnancy takes more of a toll on your body postpartum and didn t want to be caught out again like I was after my second born thinking it would be simple like my first postpartum Glad I did My back has been killing me and the muscle spasms take my breath away I started wearing the belt straight after birth and I could tell it made a difference but it was too tight so I reached out for replacement and they offered me a new one for free Incredible customer care Can t fault it and genuinely especially if you are on pregnancy 2 or more I d say get it - don t be naive like I was thinking you ll bounce back as easily as you did with number 1

I ordered the Postpartum Belly Band few weeks ago in anticipation of my c section recovery Yesterday I tried it on and turned out too small for me I reached out to their customer service and they promptly responded and offered a replacement The product looks great and in good quality Can t wait to start using it soon Awesome customer service team

Mammabump has exceptional customer service I ordered my belly band when I was still pregnant and it s too small for me I reached out to customer service and they offered to send me another one at no cost I can t wait to receive my new belly band I highly recommend sizing up a size or two from their recommended size chart I measured myself and used their size chart and my band is too small The band seems very supportive though so I can t wait to try it

Good quality product and lovely customer service Ordered a M SIZE belt but didn t fit in so have to exchange to L size and the customer team well handled and proactively solved the issue by arranging a replacement of appropriate size The product is good to feel and very comfortable to wear though tight when we ordered the smaller size Many thanks for the service mamabump team

I found out about Mammabump while scrolling on instagram and decided to try out the belly band The quality is amazing and you can tell that a lot of thought went into making it Unfortunately I misjudged the size and the band was too small Shortly after reaching out to them they agreed to send me the right size free of charge I would highly recommend them for any expecting mommas looking for products of excellent quality at an affordable price

Excellent customer service I ordered a size medium because I thought I should order the size I was before pregnancy Unfortunately that didn t work out for me The great news is when I reached out to momma bump for options on obtaining a bigger size they were prompt in their response and offered to send a larger size for free This is my second c section and recovery has been a bit harder I am looking forward to receiving and wearing the belly waist band I loved the material and it seemed to be more comfortable than the hospital abdominal binder Looking forward to the larger size

Great product and very helpful customer service

I ve ordered the belly band after having a c-section to help with my back pain and core strength Although the initial band was a bit on the smaller size for me mumma bump send me a bigger size without any issues I d definitely recommend the belly band as it is made of very good material and will definitely help with getting you back to feeling a strong mumma I absolutely want to add that the customer service is great and very helpful
