Don t trust them
My driver was great but this company is not to be trusted The driver arrived at the wrong time was told by the back office that I was lying despite me showing him their email confirmation and him sending a screen shot of this over to them and then informed me I had to pack and move immediately or they couldn t help I was trying to juggle care of my baby whilst desperately packing last minute The whole experience was very stressful and unpleasant When I complained to the contact I d used when booking they assured me they would look in to it but I ve heard nothing since despite following up myself No apology no refund offered - avoid
