First time buyers - Highly recommend Brandon Crichton

My wife and I dealt with Brandon Crichton and we couldn t recommend him highly enough We required a mortgage to buy our first home and Brandon was able to guide us every step of the way His communication throughout the process was second to none He was also able to get us a great deal with the interest rates for our final mortgage offer being a lot lower than we originally anticipated All in all we will definitely be using him and Manchester Money again when it comes to our remortgage We highly recommend anyone to get in touch with Brandon if you are looking for a mortgage

Manchester Money - Absolutely brilliant

Chris has been absolutely brilliant and has held our hand every step of the way We were very overwhelmed at thought of having to source a mortgage and were worried we would lose our dream house due to not knowing what to do however Chris took all that worry away and all we had to do was scan a few documents to him and sign a few forms We cannot recommend Chris and his team highly enough they have been amazing and because of them we are now living in our dream house

Atif Ali was exceptional throughout our mortgage application He made the process easy his expertise in law and estate agency helped a first time buyer understand all the processes and helped set realistic expectations His humour and ability to build rapport with clients is excellent too Would recommend Atif to anyone looking to make a stressful time for many much less so Sian was also great in checking in and ensuring things went smoothly right through to completion Thank you both

We worked with Darren Hopkinson who was approachable patient knowledgable and worked very quickly to get everything sorted before one of the rate rises would ve made things worse for us He got us a good deal that we are happy with and Manchester Money provide followup care through connections they have with partners in life cover etc which made it very easy for some first time buyers to get everything sorted Would absolutely recommend others use these folks
