What can I say by far the best first aid training I ve had Jo-Anne was engaging down to earth and a wealth of knowledge I found the online training clear and informative I ve learnt so much more than I previously have and I feel so much more prepared if I ever needed to use any of the skills Thank you Jo-Anne
