Excellent Customer Service

Had the most brilliant customer service from Aime ordered wrong sample and needed to change it they had a problem with their IT when I rang but advised she would update my order and email to confirm once back up all of which she did promptly she also explained delivery etc Very very helpful - can not praise her enough Tiles are better than expected and are just what I wanted far superior product compared to other samples I have received Amie also advised of nearest store as I need some patio samples too - very positive experience which is getting rarer these days Highly recommend
