I love the manflow yoga videos
I love the manflow yoga videos Dean s instructions are easy to follow and so reassuring I had tried yoga before in a yoga studio and was embarrassed and intimidated and then turned off by the spiritual aspects that didn t jive with me I knew MFY was straightforward without that extra stuff so was willing to try what was surprising and amazing was that I was able to do most of what Dean demonstrated and what I couldn t do now I was able to get close or was assured by Dean that I could get there if I just kept trying This has been a positive experience I am three months in and see big improvements in my balance posture flexibility and since I also do cross fit I am now less sore and feel stronger overall

Man Flow Yoga is simply the best yoga instruction video series out there Especially for men Dean is a great teacher explaining the how and why for each pose and encourages interaction in the community

I m an athlete and I wanted to strengthen my core joints and prevent injuries A friend suggested yoga I was happy with the results from the strength foundations so I bought the Members access and now I m a little over halfway through Flow Strong program Man glow yoga has been an extreme challenge it is not easy but Like Dean says the gains will come if you continue to push through

I am doing the morning sessions 4-6
I am doing the morning sessions 4-6 times per week plus some endurance sessions Honestly I became addicted and feel bad when I missed a session one day The body opens up the duration and pace is perfect I still struggle with knee pain I am 58 years old cycle decent and work every day on my farm beside 9-12 hr work in front of the PC Homeoffice Wish I could get this better

Excellent training for men
Excellent training for men I like that it is oriented toward strength and flexibility I feel the difference even after a couple of weeks The Programs are scaled for fitness levels Dean is great at teaching and encouraging consistency The app is great to use In all it is worth the price of the year subscription I spent

After initially being skeptical about
After initially being skeptical about this I decided to go ahead and try this I have been practicing yoga for about 40 years now and found the explanations of how to execute and hold the poses to be really beneficial and more clear than any I had heard before I highly recommend Man Flow Yoga

In for the long haul
Started with the 6 week challenge and have already renewed for next quarter most likely would renew for the year after that Excellent workout and guidance by Dean the progression for beginners is very well defined which program to choose and which ones to follow etc Instructions during the workout are excellent and timely feedback by the team for any questions you may have after the workout App is great too as I can use it on Android apple and also on my TV with Amazon fire stick Loving to be part of the man flow yoga community

Started 3 weeks ago at the beginner level Breath Series I m a 70 year old man packing too much weight and working at a computer 5 days a week Had sciatica on the left side and had trouble standing straight or walking without pain The breathing and stretches have eliminated the pain Hard to believe the difference but there it is Going to keep going and moving into some other parts of the series The instructions are well presented and moves I can actually do I m loving the results
