I purchased a 64oz Stainless growler from a local market While washing it for the first time I cut my finger pretty deep on the inside of one of the handles I emailed them 3 times to notify them and have yet to receive a reply I won t purchase another one of their products

Failure to respond to emails

I have been trying to get in contact with manna hydration s customer service via their email as per their return policy to return my order It has been almost over two weeks Their return policy states it must be returned from the original purchase date which was the 24th I originally contacted them on the 28th of when I received my order and still have not gotten a response

Ordered cups for my wedding welcome bags on Black Friday When I reached out they informed me there was an issue that week and they would refund the shipping and resend my order From there was radio silence I have a specific date I need them by and the lack of response got me nervous so I went with another option Glad I got such a good deal so I am out less

Do not purchase their 40 oz saratoga

Do not purchase their 40 oz saratoga that used to be called ranger pro They do not have nor will they have lids for them AT ALL I have been using this water bottle since they were TAL years before they changed their name to manna hydration They used to have lids for this bottle and now they do not and I was told they have no clue when they will have them which makes no sense since it s their product They only care about introducing new products like their dumb color changing PLASTIC cups and other nonsense I would never invest my money in I wonder of they will be doing this with all their products after a few years just like they did with the saratoga their best seller They don t care about quality now they care about big fast sales
