PATHETIC RED TAPE COMPANY ITS NO WONDER
Tried to get in touch with Manpower in October last year for a job in the Home office no response until I ve rang them beginning of Jan Nobody knew nothing then finally they found my emails They offered me 4 roles had a look told them which I want gave them all my documents filled in all the paperwork including security clearance check from the Home office Manpower told me it ll take up to six weeks waited for couple weeks rang them few times as nobody ever keeps you updated And now after 6months of waiting in total they ve just rang me to say that that role was given away Six months ppl I have waited refused other jobs so that I didn t get it Save your time patience and the money that s all can say Horrible unprofessional company especially Liverpool branch

Just a crap agency in general your
Dealt with manpower employee Joanne Bain to say the overall experience was poor would be an understatement She seemed to take great pride in pointing out flaws without even a shred of positivity Overall shocking experience and would avoid at all cost in the future

Failed to pay salary on time
Absolute nightmare of an onboarding process to start a contract Their compliance procedures are nothing short of ridiculous with terrible communication to boot Wasted mine and their clients time by 5 weeks before I cut off any ties with these recruiters One of the worst experiences in getting a contract I have had in 10 years

Absolutely dissapointed
Through their subsidiary Experis they so far have failed to pay my salary this month Oh they brought me onboard because of IR35 so I am an employee But only when it suits them to take their cut not when it comes to actually treating me like one I feel like a victim of a scam - sham employee status Well I am an employee under the law so I wonder what HMRC or DWP would think of their behaviour Don t touch them unless you like working for free

Would definitely not recommend Manpower
Well the agency pretend to be serious unfortunately to experience that the specialist from this agency who does not know how to maintain his own device and not cappable to plug in a simle HDMI cable to his laptop is suppose to decide if you are cappable to work in the factory line Shame on you I have whitnessed this on my own And there has been mamy applicants with me good enough and cappable left out without a response or any feedback Bear in mind company lives from the wages the people produce for them
