So i saw their joining offer for Cheltenham as we all like a flutter now again decided to give them a go Deposited my money 20 and made a couple of small bets on the nags lost of course Had an email within a day or two telling me my account was now restricted and I was no longer entitled to their promotions Contacted them via Livechat to ask for an explanation or at least advise them that they should at least honour their signing up promotion Had to wait the best part of an hour to get through to anyone and whilst the adviser did agree to honour the signing up promotion was unable to indicate why my account had been restricted Management decision apparently So spent 30 overall in wagers lost them all Mansionbet don t want to know me for reasons best known only to them No issues with the 30 obviously but my impression of them was that they simply don t know what they re doing and they have no customer service standards If you re an occasional gambler like myself I can only recommend that you stick to more established bookmakers leave Mansionbet well alone until they can sort themselves out

The rogiest of rogue traders is Mansionbet I opened up the account purely to do matched betting where you offset your bets at Betfair guaranteeing a profit I stuck to all the unwritten rules I e UK Premier League yes Iceland Womens Divison 3 no etc but still got a ban They do a promotion where you bet 5 10 bets in a week you get a free 10 bet the Monday after Sometimes I did 6 or 7 bets Anyway with the free bet it is SNR so makes sense to get high odds Luck would have it that I d choose a match where I won at Mansionbet at huge odds and pop I m banned They refused to honour my next weeks free bet so I reminded them that the UK Gambling commission would consider that particularly scummy so they let me do that one and now I am banned Mansionbet- don t bother replying on here I am fully aware of what has happened

MansionBet all of a sudden decided to stop letting me deposit without explanation when I questioned them they said they needed to carry out affordability checks after sending the same set of documents on three occasions they promised me a free bet of 150 on completion of a questionnaire 2 months later I haven t heard back from them despite chasing and still can t deposit avoid at all costs
