Terrible customer service
I ordered three products One was delivered relatively on time The other three are now 40 days late and there is no response to my emails and the telephone number cuts off before a message can be left Tried calling 4 times over a day The quality of the first product a galvanised table made in Denmark was very good but I do not this company anymore

Manufactum can t be bothered to respond
What is it about the UK and customer service It appears to be an utterly alien concept to so many organisations My complaint is about CollectPlus I ve Trustpiloted a separate post on the matter but Manufactum appears to have the same we don t give a damn about the customer attitude My home is in London but I am in Anglesey as Registered Carer for an elderly relative The COVID-19 lockdown means that I have been unable to travel south as I did periodically until I was precluded from doing so 5 JUNE 2020 I selected CollectPlus what a simpleton I was as the means of returning a parcel to Manufactum in Bedford Manufactum s address was shown clearly on the return label MK40 2WH A FEW DAYS LATER the package was delivered by Yodel I think to my home address TW14 8PJ in London The address and Postcode appeared nowhere on the package labelling but did appear on the acceptance receipt at the CollectPlus outlet A FEW DAYS LATER I completed an on-line form of some sort CollectPlus doesn t bother to acknowledge this sort of thing it seems 14 JUNE 2020 I e-mailed Manufactum info at manufactum co uk to let it know what had happened I gave its order reference 0822291626-90050184 invoice 905284901 I received no response 15 JUNE 2020 I e-mailed CollectPlus info at collectplus co uk giving clear details of what happened and attaching copies of all connected documentation I asked 1 how this misdelivery happened 2 what steps CollectPlus would take to collect the package and deliver it correctly to manufactum and 3 when I might expect to receive a refund 21 JUNE 2020 there s nothing like a speedy response but that didn t occur to CollectPlus its response was Thank you very much for contacting the customer support team at CollectPlus We will respond to you shortly 22 JUNE 2020 CollectPlus e-mailed So that I am able to help you with your query please could you provide me with your CollectPlus tracking number This will be a 7 13 or 16 character code I e-mailed it 8V34G65451 4A 12 and said Do I assume that you didn t receive my e-mail If you had done so you would have picked up the number from the appropriate attachment 1 JULY 2020 again there s nothing like a speedy response but again that didn t occur to CollectPlus its response was the same Thank you very much for contacting the customer support team at CollectPlus We will respond to you shortly I e-mailed Manufactum I am disappointed not to have received an acknowledgement from Manufactum to my e-mail dated 14 June 2020 I am still dealing with CollectPlus s ingrained stupidity and am not getting very far and and surprise surprise I have heard no more SINCE THEN shortly has come and gone and nothing from CollectPlus and nothing from Manufactum either WHAT DOES ONE HAVE TO DO TO OBTAIN SOME FORM OF PROFESSIONAL CUTOMER-FOCUSED RESPONSE FROM MANUFACTUM

Dead retailer at least to UK
due to Brexit we are unable to accept orders from our UK customers as of Friday 11 December and until further notice No service for British customers I have not seen one other company in the EU have to do this They don t even mention covid-19 just brexit

Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service Ordered two pots in summer One arrived broken Sent several emails and left voicemails but no one answered I went through PayPal resolution centre and a replacement eventually turned up 6 months later and I ve received a threatening letter demanding I pay for the replacement They claim this is the 3rd reminder it s not it s the first and only reminder and I have 2 weeks to pay or they will pass me to the debt collectors Absolute disgrace I ve never been threatened with debt collectors in my life Once again no reply on the phone and I m not expecting a reply via email Don t buy from here Customer service is none existent
