They are 100 scam Using hidden settings they generate 8 times more views than the real once in order to make you pay They are cheating Do not deal with them UPDWe were in touch with Leila and you refunded 50 of the last invoice that only proves what I wrote But not the whole amount as I demanded She just stopped replying my mails

Avoid Mapbox Unfair Charges and Blackmail
Do not use Mapbox They impose unfair charges and then blackmail you by suspending your account without providing any support or resolution I submitted a ticket to Mapbox four weeks ago regarding a payment issue and despite my efforts I have not received any response Instead my account was suspended unfairly My website is still in the production phase and receives no more than 60 clicks per day I asked for clarification and requested an investigation into the issue but my requests were ignored Instead they suspended my account without any explanation which feels like a form of blackmail This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disruptive to my project Avoid Mapbox if you want to prevent similar issues

Mapbox doesn t correct errors
Mapbox have incorrectly labeled my house as a business further down the road I ve sent a correction 3 times but each time they have not made the change If you look up that business you will still end up at my house instead See you soon As per your request mapbox I have submitted the request for a 4th time Yes I was using the correct contribution page Check Google maps for the correct map location

I m very distrustful of a company who advertises FREE products yet asks for your credit card details Just in case you should go over your FREE allowance Very very poor marketing As this shows a lack of trust towards customer in the first instance Whoever runs the marketing department of this company should be dismissed

Where to begin
Where to begin We embarked 2 years ago to develop using Mapbox I could write a novel They have absolutely zero customer service at all Like you cannot get in touch with anyone They steer you to their discord which is mostly for devops and regardless we never had a single question answered on discord Their naps are incredibly out of date Changes in Open street map which Mapbox gets their data from almost never updated in Mapbox We were attracted to some of the API s Mapbox offers out of the box but if you get zero answers about their products why would you take the leap to invest all that dev time with the added risk of knowing this company is an apparition They seem quite focused on auto manufacturer implementation and that s great but their mobile and web sdk s API s I have no idea what they are doing or why they bother if they re not going to engage with the customer I ve never in 20 years of software dev ever had a company actively ignore like this A an industry partner of ours stated they got the paid support plan and received one canned answer and then received zero responses when submitting tickets on their PAID plan which they cancelled This is why we didn t bother to go the paid route It really is a shame because some of their API s are quite creative It seems like unless you re an established Fortune 500 company they literally could care less about you I highly doubt they ignore instacart You would basically have to go all in on dev and hope once you get traffic that makes them money they would pay attention Either way we switched to another solution and we re happy It has added dev time for us since we aren t using their API s but in the end much better to own your code anyhow I must have tried 5 different ways over the course of 6months to get in contact with someone at this company without exaggeration I d steer clear at all costs if possible They have a lot of work to do Frankly Its a choice to be this unresponsive and they prob have decided they don t have the resources to dedicate to every fly by night programmer making a map for their college print but we are not that We are a well established revenue generating company
