It took 3 5 weeks to arrive from China to Austria in a cheap little plastic bag exactly like Ali Express I thought I was ordering from France The quality is poor and even though I ordered two blouses in the same size different colors one is much too small I ve written two emails to customer service which were never answered I want to return these items and want my money back Hopefully they will cooperate Update I had to pay the return shipping of 14 myself to France They then reimbursed me for the items purchased but not for the shipping costs from China nor the return shipping costs So in total I paid 20 myself for this unfavorable experience I do not recommend this company at all Update I guess they read this and have now exceptionally refunded the original shipping cost of 5 90

I bought 10 dresses and they were all
I bought 10 dresses and they were all in a bad quality On dress had stains and another holes The store did respond to my first complain but ignored my second complain The reason for two separate complaints is because off the slow delivery It took almost 2 months for all the dresses to arrive I do not recommend the store or the dresses don t be food by the pictures I learned my lesson and will not shop there ever again

I will never order from them again I bought a bag on 10 August and received an email afterwards saying that I would receive my bag between 2 and 22 September I still haven t received my bag yet I contacted their customer service who stated that the long delivery time was because I lived in Denmark I can t put that together as I have previously ordered clothes from France which I received within 1 week Update 14 september Oh now you dont know who I am I already tried to talk with your costumers service but didn t get a satisfying answerYou have ask for my personal information and I send it too you today But you still havent contacted me

I stronly advise against
Normally I m not the person to write a review but this seems to be the only way to get a reaction from MPV I finally received my products after a previous failed delivery attempt on December 21 2022 I tried the products and unfortunately not all of them met my expectations So I immediately sent an email the same day i e within 14 days after the delivery date as stated in their return policy to register a return and to request the return instructions Because it took so long to get an answer before I also sent some reminders to avoid getting the answer that the 14 days had passed On 27 12 I received an e-mail back saying that they had been absent due to the holiday period but that my e-mail had meanwhile been forwarded to the returns department and that the instructions would be sent to me that same afternoon We are now almost a month later and I m still waiting I keep sending reminders Also via the chatbot on the site And they keep ignoring me This is NOT Customer Service If they do not have a return policy they should not advertise it on their site But hey they also claim in the chat we reply immediately and that is not the case either Nevertheless I keep believing in it and keep trying to finally register the return I am happy to pay the transport costs myself Update 11 02 2023 I finally received the return information yesterday from one of the English-speaking co-workers of MVP He she was friendly and understanding after my explanation and provided me with the return details Update 04 04 2023 I have received the confirmation that the return arrived at their facilities in Spain on February 17th But to this date no refunding yet of the total amount It seems their customer service doesn t know what is happening In March they told me that the refund had been done on February 11th and that the case was closed However this was the refund for the item that never arrived and the date was a week before the returned goods arrived in Spain After I informed them of this I got the reply that they will investigate the issue That was the last I have heard of them Update 01 05 2023 Still no response on my reminders per mail nor the expected refund They have gone off the grid This is NOT acceptable as customer service Update 30 06 2023 A partial refund has been made no refund on the item on sale so I now lost this item since I returned it anyway However this is marked on the website I just looked over this So case closed now Update 06 12 2023 For me the case was closed I received a partial refund not for the 1 one item on sale that I have returned but so be it It has been a lesson for the future I also updated my review on the date of 30 06 to communicate the solution but MPV seems to overlook this This was also the very last time we were in contact via mail so the information in the reply underneath is not trustworthy Today 6 months after everything was finally solved I have received a new quite vicious reply from MPV on my review Because I refuse to take it offline I believe the update was sufficient they have now again communicated my personal details full name mail address and even my mobile number This new reply will not motivate me to take the review offline I will just report them again to the Trustpilot legal department

Website said delivery will take 2-4 weeks It took 8 weeks- and came from Ali Express- where the same item cost only 15 euro Wish I read these reviews before making a purchase Delayed delivery times and poor customer service is clearly a long standing problem they have not addressed 8 WEEKS Twice as long as promised delivery time Dont blame the customer for your bad service Shocking

Already 3 months waiting for my refund
I have received the confirmation that the returned goods arrived in their facilities in Spain on February 17th 2023 But until this day no refund has been issued They don t respond to my multiple mails anymore regarding the pending refund Update 30 06 A partial refund has been made no refund on the item on sale so I now lost this item since I returned it anyway However this is marked on the website I just looked over this So case closed now after a too long time

Items never arrived won t refund me
I ordered a dress in August it never arrived I queried it in October November and December and each time I got the response that it was going to be with me in 7-10 days and they were about to send me a tracking number They never sent the tracking number After their third time sending me the same email they then stopped answering me altogether I sent a message on Facebook they ignored it Two days ago I commented under their posts on Facebook asking for a response and I now see they have blocked me Don t use this company Awful Update I received this email today We have checked the status of your order and confirm that it has been processed Delivery will take approximately 7 to 15 days You will soon receive the link to track your order We remain at your disposal Ma Penderie Vintage Customer Service This is the fourth time they have told me that in the past 3 months

Took the money and ran
I ordered 2 shirts 6 mo ago I sent tens of e-mails some of them were answered with we will send it in 14 days Well my order is still not here I wanted to cancel and get my money back I should get extra for breaking the contract I got well it s not possible I still have the energy to take it to justice officially but it is a bit ridiculous for 66 42 euros So give me my order or the money back at the moment you owe me 150 of the value because of the delay 100E

Do not buy from this company
This is the absolute worst company who will just take your money I purchased 3 items at the beginning of December after 8 weeks of waiting for a shipping notice I contacted the company to get an ETA I didn t care if I had to wait a while for the products but I got no tracking or notification that they had been shipped yet first email got no response second email no response third email no response this was now 10 weeks since I placed the order so I decided to go through PayPal and ask for a refund and they investigated for me all of a sudden I got shipping notification I received the items today almost 4 months after I purchased them the dress that I ordered came with a belt which the colours didn t match they were completely different materials and the dress was the cheapest stretchy material which kids costumes wouldn t even be made from and wasn t the colour that I ordered I had to throw it straight in the bin I also ordered a tip and skirt the were made from cheap materials to Save your money buy elsewhere Shein has better quality stuff than this place

This is scam from a Chinese factory
This is scam It is a Chinese factory that sells in Amazon Shein Temu and claims in this website to be a French woman named Marie Claire This is not unusual for Chinese companies which hide this fact because of the reputation they have I would like to add Chinese factories scam people and when it catches up with them as it is now with Ma Penderie Vintage they will shut it down and open the same thing under a different name and do the same thing all over again free of past history and free to steal again My advice after having had this happen to me is to 1 ALWAYS research the background of the store 2 Not trust the tons of positive feedback posted at first They most likely added it themselves 3 Trustpilot for international websites added to Yelp in the US for local stores and any in your country that may provide this service will give you information from a wide range of customers and will warn others Always post here in Trustpilot It is international and will prevent these thieves from just start a site in another country and or under a different name Spread the word 4 Use services such as Paypal or any in your country that will fight the fight with them on your behalf If you can prove they are thieves which is not hard to do since they are the service will refund you There are no international laws from keeping them from doing this and they are doing it all over the world We need international laws to govern online international sales
