Placed an order for one of the standard maps Arrived promptly I soon realised there was a mispelling in location name It must have come from the map data as I didn t customise anything I wasn t expecting much as it was in the order confirmation too I thought they might have said it s tough as it wasn t raised sooner or perhaps offered a small discount Thankfully and to my relief as it s a present and I couldn t afford another right now with twins due soon they very kindly offered to re-print it for free acknowledging it was a problem with the map data I m very grateful to the team for sorting it out within a couple of days and well ahead of the Christmas rush The map print for me is excellent - again above expectations The standard wooden frame is pretty standard but for 35 00 at 100x70cm I really can t complaint Will be using again in future - I think these are excellent Christmas gifts and can be made personal adding some customer sticky labels to the glass of notable locations Can t wait for our friends to open it at Christmas
