Hello everyone I feel compelled to warn you about Mariam Collection My experience has been beyond frustrating and has shown me that this is not a trustworthy store Here s what happened We placed an order on October 10th for a few items I needed to take with me on my trip to Istanbul My friend in Turkey specifically requested these clothes so I even booked a ticket for October 30th to bring them along Everything was planned carefully until it all went sideways On October 18th I received a message saying my parcel was returned Confused and stressed I immediately checked the tracking and contacted Royal Mail only to be told they couldn t locate the address Here s the kicker I use this exact address regularly and have received deliveries from Shein and Temu without any issues I then started reaching out to someone named Mariam on October 21st Despite my constant messages and calls I received a dismissive response Oh we have a time difference Excuse me I was messaging from 7 AM until 5 AM the next day The time difference excuse felt like a slap in the face Finally two days later someone replied with a list of excuses They claimed my address was incorrect due to a missing house number When I asked them to confirm this I saw my complete address was there including the road building number flat number and my phone number It s absurd they never even tried to contact me Royal Mail themselves confirmed that the merchant could easily redirect the parcel back to me but Mariam Collection didn t care After requesting a new tracking number and even asking for a refund I was met with silence It s now October 27th and I m left stranded I bought a ticket solely to travel from Edinburgh to Istanbul to deliver this parcel and now I m out of both my purchase and my ticket money If you re considering using Mariam Collection think twice They are unresponsive unreliable and appear to have no intention of helping their customers Don t make the same mistake I did
