Hopeless customer service
After returning an item for a refund I was told they had refunded me However a week later the money had still not been refunded to me After taking this up with Marimekko customer services by phone and be email they insisted I need to contact their payment provider Klarna AB This proved to be difficult as they were not easily contactable I felt this error was Marimekko responsibility I contacted Marimekko customer services again and they repeated that they would need me to contact Klarna AB The refund only eventually came through 8 days later once I emailed them my statutory rights Dissappointing customer service from a Marimekko

Think twice to order from Marimekko
Hi Ordered a few plates for a present It is now been 2 weeks after back and fourth from customer service to get delivered the items The website is mentioned 2 3 days it is a lie I received a free coton bag without the items In response I got 15 discount from my next delivery Customer service isn t the most flexible for Uk standard Disappointing and will think twice to order again from them

Still waiting for shipment info
Made 2 orders 2 weeks ago and the items are still not even shipped and customer service responses are a joke we are doing our best etc thank for your understanding etc Not recommended If your online sales volume increases by shutting down all your brick mordor stores -HIRE ENOUGH STAFF TO HANDLE IT OR ASSIGN THE PEOPLE TO HELP WITH ECOMMERCE

extremely unreliable
extremely unreliable I bought my purchase and wanted to return bc of the size issue after I confirmed with their customer service with full refund I shipped it back more than two weeks ago since last week I start to emailing and calling their customer service to check my return status it s more than 4-5 times and also on twitter and instagram i left messages no response at all first of all their quality of dress is disappointed and then their customer service made me wonder if anyone is actually working during their work hours till today I still didn t see any refund

Worst customer service and not at an
Worst customer service and not at an acceptable level for a luxury brand Even if you do get through to a person on their customer service line they glibly tell you to send an email They use a terrible and incompetent DHL delivery service and then if you need to return goods you are expected to call a premium rate number to arrange your courier collection They take a long time to process refunds and basically show a blatant disregard for their customers

No refund with receipe in Tampere
Our kids recently got a blanket cover set each from grandmom On the same day we wanted to swap and get the money back to reconsider the color Unfortunatelly this wasn t possible due to that we only had the receipe and not the card ot was bought with The staff understod my problem and couldn t help - cash back would have been my expected action but no I feel sorry to write this about a strong brand but I will not return again

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever They use terrible DHL delivery service and when DHL lost the package I had returned to Marimekko they could not figure out what had happend to my parcel It was just lost After 2 weeks my parcel suddenly showed up at Marimekko Then a long time to process my refund started It took Marimekko 3 weeks to repay me I will never buy anything on Marimekko com again

Online order lack of accountability
Odered some things online for a Birthday gift and they stated 3-5 business days for delivery of goods I sent them an email as 6 business days later there was no update on my order I have rang their customer head office number X 3 and it goes to message bank They send me an email on day 6 after I had emailed them to inform my order had been sent Yet it could not be tracked Absolutely awful service and will not purchase from this company again I can see lots of negative feedback regarding them
