Waste of time money They blame the client and show no respect Zero expertise

I paid 60 000 INR to this company The company doesn t have proper staff Most of the people seem to be outsourced They don t have proper strategy Just keep pushing for something that doesn t make no sense They are full of arrogance and just don t understand what the client is looking for Before taking payment business development guy call3d deepak kept calling After that I had to push them everything to show me the strategy and work They delivered 6 videos without any result When I questioned they got offended and kept asking me for more raw videos without any knowhow of further steps I had to take twll them graphic ideas and gave them thumbnails They said they have staff but they kept advertising on their channels that they are looking for editors Why take order when you don t have the expertise to fulfill it They won t refund the money I paid for 35 videos and I got 6 videos I told them I was unwell and that raw videos will be given soon to see if they can get more views in future videos but they refused to work and yogesh the guy with most arrogance left the group This happened twice No word of apology or any courtesy from them I spent 60 000 rupees for them to edit 6 videos and post at random times What a waste of money Better hire 2 full time staff They refused to refund part money I would have been ok if they were fair in dealing i never asked for full refund I understand they worked on 6 videos and spent time but I spent equal time with them and infact I did most of the research with their team Very disappointing and inexperienced bunch of people Lack of experience in dealing with international clients
