If I could give them no stars I would Let the buyer beware The duffle bag I ordered was nothing like the one advertised on Pinterest Didn t have a handle and rollers as advertised and was made of the cheapest looking material The return policy to China was crazy not to mention expensive I wound up keeping the duffle bag rather than sending it back and running the risk of not receiving a credit for my return

I ordered from this company back in February After my complaint about not receiving the order this was their response Thank you for your e-mail I have looked into the system to see where your order currently is Unfortunately I have to tell you that your package has not been seen recently on the track and trace data in our system indicating that the package has been lost My sincere apologies for the inconvenience We will therefore send you a new parcel at no extra cost of course It is now June and I have yet received my order

Reached out to customer service to sort out what was ordered vs what was shipped They clearly are not willing to resolve issue to filed thru PayPal to determine outcome This was supposed to be two trees for Christmas gifts really disappointed in quality of service

I ordered item from them and after a month and a half have not received it They charged my card They will not reply to repeated emails They actually rob you without a weapon They are thieves Internet companies that carry their adds are complicit in the theft from hapless customers Their should be accountability for this criminal enterprise
