first time ordering from
Had an issue with an order - the jeans I ordered had stains all down them I ordered my clothes to come in time before i was going out on the weekend and was therefore worried and annoyed because i thought i wouldn t get a new pair in time However Olivia was a big help she responded to my message instantly and was extremely apologetic and kind She got a new pair of jeans sent out to me NDD and they arrived in time Thank you for fixing the issue quickly and promptly

Great customer service
This was my first time ordering from MTL and I definitely will order again The website is easy to navigate and the checkout was quick and easy too There is a wide variety to choose from My package arrived earlier than expected The quality of the clothing is amazing and the size guide was very accurate in my case which made my skirt and corset fit perfectly
