A Difficult Sale that ended Well thanks to Martin Pole
My husband and I used Martin Pole October 2017 Joe Gregory bought 5 potential buyers to us at the first opportunity each one with no chain Two buyers offered immediately There were a few extra legal issues which had to be sorted which delayed and caused stress to both parties Joe managed this with ease he helped us through a tough time and worked tirelessly to find a solution Our first buyer withdrew at the last minute within 24 hours we had another buyer The opposing solicitors were very slow I was not very patient however Joe immediately responded to each of my enquiries immediately and helped to bring about the final sale Joe was very honest and fair to both parties I would strongly recommend Martin Pole to anyone

We bought our property through Martin and Pole Earley estate agents - This a very friendly and professional firm I dealt with Joe who is highly dedicated to his job and his clients and regularly goes beyond the call of duty His approach is sensible and logical he is always available and works incredibly hard He is everything that you would want in an agent and I would happily give him a rating that is better than excellent I am really impressed with the whole experience of buying a property through Martin and Pole Earley

Excellent Advice and Service
Joe Gregory and the team at Martin and Pole were professional and courteous The sale of the house went through without any major issues and I was kept informed and advised throughout The sale was on behalf of my cousin who had to go into a care home near me some 50 miles away from Reading Joe appreciated the position and he helped in every way he could for example by making regular checks on the property I believe we got the best price and the fees charged by Martin and Pole were very reasonable
