Start to finish excellence
I knew Martyn Prowel Solicitors from having dealt with them professionally I had always been impressed That was one reason I chose them when I took a civil case for assault This was an unusual case which involved martial arts The case was defended forcefully and on many grounds It was most definitely not an easy case to start with and had its share of unexpected developments My solicitors were Natalie Harvey and then Shaem Ahmed From the outset I benefitted from their utter professionalism They kept me up to date they explained things clearly and patiently Plus they were on the ball Their suggestions e g the instruction of an expert concerning my injuries were of significant help to my case Their judgment on the issues and ability to anticipate issues was fantastic I am extremely grateful to them everyone else involved with the case at Prowels and my barrister Phillip Morris who was also fantastic I do not think the positive outcome of this difficult case would have necessarily been the same but for their hard work and expertise

We recently moved and instructed Tracey Horrigan to act on our behalf as a result of a recommendation from another happy client Our process became quite complicated and Tracey went above and beyond to get things sorted I think it would have taken much longer without her Contact was frequent and any questions we had were answered thoroughly We wouldn t hesitate to recommend the conveyancing team

I was told Martyn Prowel Gartsides thought they could help me with a professional negligence claim that got me drowning in debt through ill advice They charged me 300 and said they couldn t help me Two previous solicitors didn t charge me - did the decent thing I don t know how these people can sleep at night doing this to people
