Customer service sucks
This website had a glitch I called them because it keeps messing up with my coverage application I keep calling them for a week now I called yesterday their customer service and they put me on hold never picked the call again Today I call them at 8 30 am and after holding me for more than 2 hours they canceled my call This website is fine but its customer service suck

Worst Ever System Useless Service Unreachable
Anytime I have gone on the MHC site to update information they have cancelled my policy Last year I just updated my income because I didn t want the stipends My insurance was cancelled I had to reenroll Last month I moved Purposely stayed in Maryland to maintain my health policy They terminated the policy I had to reenroll It reset my out of pocket costs to 0 and increased my premium Unresponsive customer service You could die on hold Unable to find who is responsible Will be calling my State representatives This system sucks As a Doctor I m appalled how pitiful this is

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars I would Had an awful time last year They removed my daughter as my dependent What a mess This year I tried to remove my daughter from my policy I got 2 different answers about what to do My policy was canceled today then I have to call them back tomorrow at 2 to re-enrolled My god please let this work No one really knows an answer to any questions They talk to you like you re stupid I called the state insurance commissioner s off ice and left a message today It s a holiday week so no one is available The state is completely screwed up

Follow up on insurance cancellation
I moved out of state and was assured that they would cancel my plan after I called They didn t It s currently being escalated I hope this works I also had to talk to someone online to get to this point - It s basically impossible to get someone over the phone

The worst website ever
The worst website ever My spouse went on Medicare Had to wait until the effective date a Saturday and why do you have to wait for effective date to change the application It wouldn t go through with no explanation given And of course on Saturday there is no one to call chat with Incredibly frustrating You could hire a High School student to get this site fixed

Chat Assistants Are Worthless
The website in general is somewhat easy to navigate if you are computer literate It was supposed to streamline applications but it seems as if it is a hinderance since the application process seems to be longer I can upload my documents but they would never see or view them then ask for the documents again or just cancel your coverage altogether stating you didn t supply the documents BUT these so called Chat Experts are the worst When it comes to assistance with questions regarding your status or your account the live chat assistants do not do anything but copy paste generalized responses which DO NOT help the individual If I am inquiring about why my application is delayed in processing or why I can t upload requested documents I get a generalized contact our 800 number response or please allow 10-15 business days which is NOT answering my question Especially if I allowed for the 15 business days AND I did everything else I was supposed to do The phone system is garbage since they always seem to have higher than normal call volume and to actually speak with someone you re on hold at least 30 minutes and that s AFTER you go through 3-5 minutes of listening to prompts before you can actually get to the proper channel Even though I know writing this nothing will change I just wanted to make anyone out there aware that this is what our tax money is going to as much as these politicians claim they are helping us they are not

Unacceptable hold times
Been on hold for an hour to try and get to someone who can help reactivate an account reset a password The online chat is useless It just sends you back to the call center where we re now on a lifelong hold
