The Bath and Body gift set is beautifully presented in a white box and gift bag The products smell absolutely amazing and feel like great quality As well as being environmentally friendly My parcel was damaged in transit and I contacted Mary Smith Ltd via a private message on Instagram They responded quickly and were very friendly and helpful They are sending me a replacement box and candle so top marks for customer care I have since bought another 5 boxes and awaiting their arrival to use as gifts
