Worse customer service than the most
Customer service worse than the most terrible chinese companies My bag s chain broke in 3 places in the first week of it s use I requested the leather metal links to be replaced took me 10 emails and them 5 months to actually send them to me Now i got import taxed 30 chf for the missing parts which i want as a refund from them but again they don t answer my emails and they are gone Would give 0 stars if i could I am so mad at them

It s not worth it
It s not worth it They sent me the wrong bag after 1 week of telling me that they will come to get the bag and bring me the corrrect one they still haven t done it I feel like they do not take it serious Customer s time and money are important not just having a good feed on instagram
