Pete installed my boiler three years ago and has serviced it annually I always receive an email reminder for the service No pushy sales pitch no pressure just a very pleasant email giving me the option to book Pete is very professional and extremely polite He respects your property whilst doing a great job He even changed the battery in my smoke alarm because I couldn t reach What a kind person he is

They arrived on time on the day and proceeded to carry out them work as per quotation in a professional manner and explained what was required and how it was to be done After the work was completed the site was cleared of all debris and left in a satisfactory condition Instructions for the operation of the boiler were explained and an assurance of a speedy return if a fault developed
