5 star customer service from start to end
This was my first time buying a car and Matthew was so helpful from start to end It s a little unnerving spending lots of money on a car and you hear stories of people having bad experiences with private sellers and car dealerships who are just trying to make money out of you I couldn t have had a better experience with Matthew from Mastercars He was really communicative and easy to chat with on the phone about the car He guided me through the steps I needed to take before purchase and after purchase Purchasing was very COVID safe and our Seat Arona was in great condition inside and out All documentation and history presented clearly which is always good Would highly recommend if you re wondering whether they are a reputable company Very trust worthy local company
