I have ordered multiple crystals from Masterpics 3D and they make perfect gifts Quality is excellent and they ship quickly I highly recommend getting the lighted bases with the crystals It really makes them stand out Additionally Masterpics customer service is top notch On my last order they forgot to include the free engraving I had requested I contacted their customer service and within 24 hours they offered to send out a replacement crystal They definitely stand behind their products

I ordered my first crystal from master pics for Mothers Day Was a photo of my daughter her husband and my granddaughter and grandson holding his First Communion diploma outside of church Every detail was incredible BUT there was a dark spot on my granddaughters forehead It was a small flaw and when I contacted Wendy at masterpics they responded the next business day to address my concern Fast forward to this afternoon masterpics delivered a Perfect 3D crystal to my home Yes Customer satisfaction is paramount to their business model The crystal and light stand are both unique and beautiful Thank you Masterpics Consider me your newest 1 fan

Great experience I was a little skeptical at first with being an online order and all read past reviews but pullled the trigger anyway Opted for the expedited shipping and after the order was placed UPS showed a later date than I paid for Sent in a request for the cost of expedited shipping to be refunded as the advertised date wasn t going to happen and got a response and the refund shortly after The product showed up and my wife and I couldn t be more happier with the product It s beautiful Thanks for the assistance and making sure our experience went smoothly after a small hurdle Will be recommending to others

Perfect special photo format

The photo translation into the glass crystal was nearly perfect my partner and her now-deceased lizard the lizard tongue wasn t perfect but understandably because of the shape angles in the photo supplied The emotional impact for us and beauty of the work is top notch We love it and will cherish it forever now Recommending to other people for their significant and special photos

The picture submitted was of a very pretty cat who had just passed away and was intended to cheer up her heartbroken owner There were a couple of things in the background that would have been ok if left in but MasterPic edited it down to a clean shot of Misty only That was a nice touch over and above
