Read the reviews All the same It s a con A total misselling of goods and services On the website re the materials used the hardiness of the items and no quibble refund where they state you ll get your money back that same day no questions asked This clearly isn t the case Masterpiece London there was no mention of China Clearly delivery wasn t free as this must have been built in to the excessive charge for something that s actually worth a couple of pounds It s also not risk free as stated on their website as they discourage returns by stating you have to pay for the return of the goods to china even though I sent the photos show the state of the toy which lasted 2 mins with our dachshund or by offering to give me a 40 refund but don t actual tell you how much that refund will be So much for no risk having money back the same day and no questions asked as stated on the website Don t bother Spread the word

Not even worth 1 star Indestructible toy duck was never ever destined to live more than a few minutes in our house Thought they were based in London but no China and they expect you to foot the bill to return for them to investigate Do not waste your money

Need a zero stars button Absolutely shocking product My dog had this crap dura toy for about five minutes when the label came off and left a hole where the stuffing came out When I asked for a refund they wanted me to send to China and pay postage or keep this piece of rubbish and have a 40 refund I had to choose the 40 refund which should have been issued within 24-48 hours Guess what I m still waiting This was promised on the 12th October Do not waste your money Total con

Don t buy total waste of money I purchased a indestructible bear for my dog was small thin material absolutely cheap Chinese rubbish My dog ripped it up within 2 minutes this company needs reporting

Absolutely awful company Products shipped from China are of a very poor quality My labrador destroyed the indestructable rope pull in less than an hour The ducks were of inferior quality and very small - no good for a large dog I posted a 1 review on their website but needless to say it has not been published

Don t bother Totally misleading company I purchased an indestructible dog toy bear for my two Labradors Selected the larger sized option and what arrived was a complete joke Lucky if it was 8 inches long Awful quality made in china Don t waste your money with this brand

Slow delivery incomplete order

The goods had to be shipped from China and took a lot of time to arrive The items were meant to include a bonus ball with 3 of the items They never arrived I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered I would NOT recommend using this company
