Great experience all round
Good service - item was not in stock for a few weeks clearly marked on website but store followed up with a call to make sure I was happy to wait Shelves are lovely well made clear instructions easy to fit and very good value compared to rest of market Thank you - my kids are very happy

2nd time I have used this company and both times have been fantastic I accidentally clicked standard delivery instead of express and when I called them to upgrade to express delivery nothing was a problem Totally professional and would definitely use them again

Perfect for storing vinyl records
Can t fault my Boon bookcase - I got the 6x3 one took about an hour to assemble all the parts were present and correct and it looks great I m going to get an identical one for the other side of the room By the way if you want to store records this is the perfect size

ARA Chrome Style Clips Excellent styling and well designed product
I needed some smart brackets to hold a six foot shelf securely I bough ARA Chrome Style Clips from Mastershelf I was concerned that they may not be able to handle the weights I need not have worried I drilled a clean 10mm hole and mounted the brackets by hand The nylon wall plug was fantastic and the brackets went up really tight The shelf was easy to mount and tighten up The shelf assembly is rock solid and will easily take the weights An excellent product Great company service and support
