Misleading advertising

The mat board advertised as acid free is not acid free The Crescent board advertised is actually BM222 the lowest grade mat board Crescent makes but mat board com does not reveal the number of the mat board so there s no way to find out exactly what you are ordering I trusted that the mat board was acid free There is a lack of transparency with this company and I will never order anything from them again I paid way too much for the product I received
