Excellent service Boiler replaced with minimum disruption Really nice guys turned up punctually and the boiler was installed in one day The electrician finished the job the following day I would recommend this company to anyone intending to replace their boiler

Matchless go the extra mile

I contacted Michael at Matchless about an issue with our boiler In the end I didn t actually use matchless but the reason I felt obliged to write this review was due to the level of customer service I received even though it was only an enquiry I made I discussed the issue with Michael and he immediately informed me that due to the age of my boiler and the issue with it it would still be under warranty and to contact the company who installed it I done this and it got sorted under my warranty as Michael said it would This speaks volumes for Matchless as I personally feel a lot of companies wouldn t of even informed me of this and as such would of done the work and charged me- which would of been fair as I contacted them This is the sort of extra mile customer service which is extremely rare these days I know for a fact if I have any issues not covered by a warranty in the future Matchless will be the first company to get my business and I ll always recommend them to anyone
