Ridiculous ordered a blazer dress was stunning but didn t fit I returned the order on the 7th of March and they received it on the 8th of March I don t get any update on my return through Clearpay I sent emails nothing This is why it s hard to support small business

i need my refund received back the order over a month and cannot get my refund need my money back

Dishonest theiving company

Ordered a couple of items for eid and they basically turned up over 3 weeks late despite numerous emails to the company Royal mail themselves apparently had my items for over 3 weeks and the company took over a week to process the order although I ordered with more than enough time for eid Asked for a refund but the company refused and asked me to wait for the items I no longer required the items I no longer needed them as they were for Eid and turned up weeks after I received my parcel opened it looked at the items and put them in my car to post back I never wore or tried the items on as I was not going to keep them Anyway mateeno seemed to think I had worn one of the items as apparently it had a strong smell of perfume I advised them that I had not worn or tried items as I had no use for them 3 weeks after eid and would not take liability Since they have given me a partial refund but have not provided a full refund for the item that they said was unworn and have also deducted shipping and handling- despite having been assured in previous emails that because the items turned up so late they would not deduct this I have written numerous emails to them and they choose to ignore me which is ridiculous as they owe me money They refuse to believe that none of the items were worn by me although I know that they were not - but even after deducting the cost of 1 kimono they still owe me some money and refuse to offer an explanation as to why they have held funds back Theives with absolutely no customer service skills and an inability to respond to customers Whole experience with them has been a joke and ill never ever buy again

Incompetent company

Writing another review of this company as I m hoping that they may respond to me as they are completely ignoring my emails and have been for weeks Returned back 2 items to them that were unworn however they seen to think that 1 was worn They have partially refunded me and said they would send the other item back over 3 weeks later i am still waiting for my item and have written numerous emails but they chose to ignore me I have no choice but to take the matter further with my bank or citizens advise as they have not provided a full refund and they have also not sent the item back so in essence they have stolen my money This company is a complete shambles and I would advise people to stay away they have zero customer service skills and an inability to post things at the correct time or write emails back to customers Highly negative and frustrating experience with them since I placed my order around 3 months ago and still waiting for matters to be resolved Avoid like the plague

i returned items a year ago over 150 with of stock which i sent back recorded and they have not refunded me

DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE - they will steal your money on any returned items and won t give it back plus ignore any messages regarding returns I returned my order because of the poor quality and they claimed that they never received my return Once I showed them proof that I returned it they told me that they accepted the refund and said that I d receive a refund confirmation which I never received After months and months of trying to contact them for this refund that I still am currently waiting for they keep ignoring my emails and messages such bad service They should shut the whole website down

Don not order from this place They sent my order that did not match its description so I message them and over a week and no response I messaged them again and still no response They are con artists Stay clear of this place Sooo many reviews that that have not yet received refunds I wish I had read the reviews before ordering Never again

Worse customer service ever I would giv no star for my setuation

I saw the brand in vogacloset but i ordered from the main brand website on 13-march-2024 should be max 5 days for delivery after two days they sent an email regarding one item i already purchase is out of stock and will be restock next week and thsn will ship the order i tryed to contact them to cancel or exchange one item in my order unfortunately no answer now i want to cancel the full order and still no answer and i didnt receive anyrhing if the item still out of stock its easy just refund the amount payed for they shouldnt open a business if no one is carrying i want my money back they deserve less thAn a star i cant even veryfy my order o edit some thing or even ask for return nothing to cancel the order or check weired website and worse customer service

The worse costumer service i ve ever seen i saw the brand in vogacloset which i trust but i decide to order from the main website mateeno Its been almost a month since i order i payed for dhl expresss in 5 days they send part of the order by uk royal mail without sending me even a tracking number and the items was available in the website is out of stock i ve asked them 3 times to refund my money but they are not responding to my request playing around it is not trusted website i would give less than a star if i could
