The necklace arrived in a tiny plastic

The necklace arrived in a tiny plastic bag within the larger gift box It is a very thin chain and had been left in a large wad of knots possibly from the way the box had been jumbled throughout the mailing process to the U S I had to use 2 awls and a magnifying glass over the course of 6 1 2 hours to separate the knots until the chain was finally freed up and the necklace was wearable The beautiful outer packaging was utterly useless in preventing these knots and if l had not had the tools and the patience necessary to separate the mess l never could have worn the necklace Very disappointing
