I placed an order for 4 knives and one knife holder I received 1 knife and 1 holder No one ever answers the phone and when you email them you get an automated response I bought these for Christmas gifts and do not have them They charged me for 4 knives paid 108 00 Not sure how this is going to get rectified Not a great experience in my case They made it right all is good 5 stars for me Thanks for making it right I would order again
