Great service

Customer service from Adam was excellent I was kept informed every step of the way re date and time slot I even had a call from the delivery driver when he was half an hour away An added bonus although there is a charge is that they take away your old mattress which was a small price to pay to save the hassle of having to dispose of it myself

Customer Service how it should be

Adam was great there was a slight issue with delivery as the delivery team were running late But it was all sorted promptly and I was really impressed with the service The mattress is great and for a good price too I got free pillows with my order I can t comment on them as they re still in the bag but will be handy for the spare room
