I had some issues with the carpet not fitting correctly and I thought it was going to be very difficult to resolve I called customer service and spoke with Andrea she was very pleasant to speak with She was extremely helpful every time I called She put a rush on my order followed up with phone call confirmation and always did what she said she was going to do
