The worst customer service in store
The worst customer service in store Waterville Maine The first time I decided to stop by after 8 months or so to see if maybe management had changed and taught help to be courteous nope Final time for a quick stop gift card for my daughter in law for Christmas 3 staff at register and myself the only shopper in the store Do you think one of them could acknowledge my standing there again no That s enough for Maurice I hope you survive these trying times with such attitude

I used to ADORE this company not anymore
I used to ADORE this company and loved buying clothes from there However their clothing gets more and more expensive but made cheaper and cheaper Very poor quality of clothing I have yet to buy ONE top from there that wasn t completely pilled after washing it ONE TIME They really need to think about what they are doing before they lose ALL of their customers Like me

The worst customer service
I went to order some shirts off their website Never received a confirmation email or anything saying that the order was placed On my account it shows an order number but then gives me an error code when I click to track the order Never hit my bank account thankfully I went onto the website to talk to customer service - I waited 15 minutes for the agent to respond She told me she would look at it and be right back 35 minutes later still nothing You d be better off going into the store to buy anything Customer service is terrible

Charged my bank account TWICE for an online order They won t correct their error even after I sent them proof of the overcharge Tried to contact their customer service and spent over half an hour on hold I have left several messages and a call back number to reach me Nothing I have never experienced such horrible customer service I still don t have what I ordered because they don t deliver when they say they will I will never shop here again

It s really aggravating and extremely frustrating when trying to order clothes online I have spent so many hours of my time filling my cart up for the website to then crash on me In the last few weeks I have tried countless times and each time ends the exact same way Hours and hours of my time are just gone I love Maurice s clothing and it s where most of my clothes are bought from but you have now lost a long standing customer along with my two teenage daughters

Improve by refunding
This company can improve by refunding their customers with clothing that didn t fit My wife purchased online because the store inventory is not very helpful She bought another pair of shorts at a different size When we went to return the original pair she was told they can t return them without the tags Both pair were purchased on the store card just weeks apart What are we supposed to do with shorts that didn t fit We re out 50 because they won t return them I will go down there myself and try and talk some sense into them If unsuccessful we are done shopping with Maurices

Maybe fire your designer
I used to shop in Maurices quite often for the last four years or so the price has gone way up and the quality way down Maurices used to be my go to store but not anymore as the clothes are just not cute I actually think they are quite ugly probably explains why last winters clothes are still in the clearance section you can t even give them away I know you can do better

Beware Payments post after 72 hours
So apparently if you make your payment to Maurice s two days before the bill is due you will be charged a late fee The payment will not process for 72 hours And thinking you had satisfied the bill you won t be contacted again until the next late fee is past due Beware They will hit your credit score and you are helpless They just lost a customer who shopped there often for myself and family members This companies handling of customer service is deeply lacking

I keep ordering different jeans and they cancel my order 24 hours later due to being out of stock Out of my 5 orders of different pants and jeans for each order all of my orders were cancelled I went to my local store and if I look for 10s and 12s they re all gone What is going on

Do not bother Not only is their merchandise ugly cheap and unwearable when you try to return their rags they are so sorry but they cannot help you Really These people are thinly veneered scammers who are out to steal your money Don t bother with these subhumans and don t waste your time and money Do yourself a favor Shop elsewhere
