If I could give zero stars I would My wife made this purchase a men s electric shaver The website states the following which is clearly all lies 1 Awarded UK 1 Men s Grooming2 No nicks guaranteed3 30 day Mavern Moneyback Guarantee4 A quote which they are misleadingly trying to attribute to Men s Health magazine Mavern have taken the grooming industry by storm providing the ultimate grooming powerhouse for all men with essentials every male needs I have searched the Internet for this quote and the only place is appears is on Mavern s own website I ve also searched Men s Health magazine for any mention of this company and what-a-surprise they are not mentioned once However I am sure their award for UK 1 in Men s Grooming is TOTALLY genuine My wife bought the product based on the no nicks guarantee and the money back guarantee I used it once it nicked me multiple times Tried to return it was advised as it has been used it cannot be returned for a refund Well how is one to know if it works or indeed if the no nicks guarantee is anything but a load of bull if you don t use it I have written to Trading Standards to take this further This is clearly not a legitimate business

I have had 4 trimmers for the last 12-13 years including Mavern Marven is the worst trimmer among them with how many good reviews on the page I understand people have not tried anything better reviews differ on the mavern page and on Trustpilot the page shows reviews on the site trustpilon 5 stars it is impossible to return the product the seller says it is not hygienic I have enough money to put in rubbish bin one thing I liked was the flashlight

In addition to my last review I sent the item back unused they then sent me images of the items taken apart with hairs in it Clearly these have been added I will be going through process to challenge this even if it costs me The company are crooks the worst ever

Unscrupulous company who are peddling cheap chinese trimmers available on Temu for 15 - yet are charging a premium price misrepresenting the product as a top quality product at 60 - they cannot even be bothered changing the 4D cheap chinese branded box Their website is full of lies and they claim to offer a next day delivery service - if you do eventually get the item it is not sent on a next day delivery basis The reviews on their website are fake also Try reaching out to them and they will not respond despite their website stating message them for a return address I sincerely hope the individuals running this scam receive the karma which their dishonesty deserves STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
