Disastrous customer service you have to constantly follow up so that the promised actions are truly taken Order received 2 months late and with a size problem after returning the package another 1 month of waiting for it to be received as if by magic after having made yet another complaint and to date a refund still waiting for over 3 weeks I absolutely do not recommend this reseller avoid

Is this a real business
Order placed on 3 July Followed up twice to find out progress No response Very poor service - goods still not arrived Thank you for this I did not receive the first link you sent Only the one sent yesterday I have followed the link I am told to follow up with you as the parcel has left France It is apparently delayed in the depot - import duty is required but as I have no invoice or payment details we seem to be at an impasse

Terrible customer service
The product is good but customer service is practically absent I m trying to get a replacement for a lost buckle for a chin strap but impossible to get throught to customer service I only get automated replies My response to the only reply from an actual support person was not followed up
