A broken coral 360 and no way of contacting anyone
Absolutely disgusting customer service for such a big brand So disappointed Bought the new maxi cosi coral 360 and I can t use the carry strap that cost a extra 50 on top of the car seat as a part has snapped off It s unsafe to use this way What a waste of money No customer phone line And dont answer emails MAXI COSI you want to be ashamed of yourself can t respond to your paying customers but yet they post on Instagram and Facebook on a daily basis and ignore your messages and comments on their posts Daylight robbery

Avoid - Poor Customer Services
Like many others I should have checked Trustpilot first Missing order items and no communication or response to my mails from Maxi-Cosi No contact number advertised Very poor company in what is a very stressful time from most families I would avoid this company in future

Maxi Cosi Kore Pro - bad product by the worst company
Bought a Maxi Cosi Kore Pro for my daughter when she was 4 In two years became unusable It is not adapted to a growing kid as the cover is constantly pilling off from the backrest as by design it becomes wider in shape It s basically a course to use it when she is almost 6 Maxi Cosi don t give a damn because your warranty is expired in two years while they don t recognise its faulty design They hide in the bushes when you write them and don t bother responding after their standard comments on their site Bad company bad design bad user experience If I had the time I would go thermonuclear on them

Staff rude and provided incorrect information - website misleading
Enquired on their instant chat as their website spouted about how much safer a 5 point harness is yet the photo of the infant carrier I looked at only showed 3 point to be lied to by the agent and told a 5 point infant carrier doesn t exist which they do When I told them one of the ones which existed they said it was a next stage seat it wasn t when I told them it was an infant carrier and they do exist they turned really rude So their website is very misleading and their staff very rude

Maxi Cosi failed to deliver my item
Maxi Cosi failed to deliver my item through their third party Promised that the item would be re-sent out to me immediately Since then have had no response and no item They are ignoring me and keeping my money without sending me the product or refunding me Terrible company to deal with Having managed to find a customer care number they still have a ridiculous recorded message about protecting their colleagues so they won t be taking calls Just another company exploiting its customers and a pandemic which is very much over to provide rubbish service

Maxi Cosi Zelia Luxe Pram
My Girlfriend and I bought a Maxi Cosi Zelia Luxe pram from the Pram Centre in Glasgow and I have to save the buggy is a dangerous death trap The front wheels of the buggy keep jarring to the point that I ve went down a curb and when I went to push the pram forward the wheels jarred sideways and I nearly tipped the baby up and out of the buggy It s a dreadful contraption and I d advise anyone not to purchase this product in order to transport your child Now the wheels won t even go in a straight line so it will be going to the recycle centre and we now need to purchase a new one

DO NOT PURCHASE from this robbing Company
Purchased a Maxi Cosi Lara 2 stroller from Amazon in November 2022 Ist used the product on our extended holiday in Thailand which started 16 January 2023 Less than 3 weeks later the cushion seat where our baby sits is falling apart In doing so causing a possibility of a dangerous safety issue We contacted Maxi Cosi u k regarding this issue on 19 February 2023 To date after 2 emails sent to their supposedly customer service email address NO contact from Maxi Cosi whatsoever Non existent after sales customer service DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY- there warranty guarantee means nothing

Brakes broken and ignored by customer services
The brakes stopped working on our Andorra Luxe buggy after 6 weeks of intermittent use Only one wheel now locks and consequently the buggy does not stop properly It s dangerous I ve emailed customer services who said they d respond within 5 working days it s been more than double that and still no response despite chasing This buggy came directly from Maxi Cosi and was gifted to us so I can t return it If I could I absolutely would as they clearly do not care about selling defective goods that put children s lives in danger

Not a sustainable company
I bought a rear seat baby mirror for my son when he was an infant One of the parts is now damaged but the company that pledges to be sustainable does not replace parts so yet another item ends up being thrown away I was hoping to donate this to a children s charity

Missing Parts for Pram
Received Maxi Cosi pram bought through Amazon Zelia S Trio - four Items missing from box - rain cover - car seat adapters for pram - parasol adapter - changing bag - i have amazon order number so not able to message for Maxi Cosi DO NOT BUY PRAMS ON WEBSITE GO TO A SHOP - have sent email to Maxi Cosi as recommended by Amazon and instant reply to say i am in 3 day queue - Cuctomer Service is very busy I wonder why
